Return Policy: For a full refund or exchange, please return the items in perfect, unused condition within 14 days from dispatch.

International returns: Please clearly mark your package as a "Return for Customs Purposes" in the shipping documents to avoid any customs charges.
Include Documentation: Make sure to include a signed letter stating the reason for your return, and specify if you prefer an exchange or refund.
Processing Your Return: We will process your return within 5 working days of receiving the package and confirm via email once the refund is issued.
Important Notes:
Non-Returnable Items: Face covers, underwear, scrunchies, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
Return Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are not refundable, unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong item.
Refund Details: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Tracking Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return. Serà Fine Silk cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
Private Sale & Sample Sale Items: Please note that items purchased during Private Sales or Sample Sales may show slight imperfections and cannot be returned, as specified in product descriptions.

FAQ
Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days after the products have been received and quality checked by our operations team. Note the refund timing also depends on the processing time of your payment provider.
If you are not home in that moment, the courier will try to contact you at the phone number you provided. In case they cannot reach you repeatedly, the package will be held in a depot center for 5 days and after that, in case they cannot reach you, the package will be returned to Serà Fine Silk. In this case you can ask us for a new shipping, paying an extra shipping fee (depending on your location it will be 7 € to Italy, 15 € to Europe, USA and Canada and 30 € to the rest of the World); otherwise, you can ask for the order cancellation and a partial refund, that will cover just the cost of the product.
We are only able to refund the VAT charged for the returned items at the checkout, unfortunately we won’t be able to refund any tax or duties charged by local governments at the custom clearance. Certain countries operate schemes to reclaim any local tax and duties if you return goods and will require a specific application by yourself to your local government or authority. We are unable to assist in you reclaiming any local tax or duties.
Due to the nature of customised and made-to-order orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns on these products.
You can send your items back in any safe and secure sealed package, but the items must be protected and therefore undamaged upon return to us. Ideally the package is returned in the box or package that it was sent in. Note any return that is not sent in a secure and sealed package, with the garment received in a new and unused condition, will result in the return being refused and the package/s sent back. For international returns: please specify in the shipping documents that the package is a return for Customs purposes.
