In each region of Italy there is a special sort of wine, which becomes the icon of the region and the pride of the inhabitants. For example, in the Veneto region, in addition to Soave and Valpolicella, people are proud of Prosecco which is considered such an authentic wine of the area.
The Prosecco Collection is inspired by this great white sparkling wine, usually dry or with a minimum sugar. This wine is sweeter than champagne, but sweetness is incredibly balanced by acidity. Each product design recalls the characteristic bouquet that you taste when you drink this wine.
The 5 main aromas of this wine are plum, elder, nut, pear and peach. Having this in mind we designed the Prosecco pattern, and afterwards picked the colours of our pocket squares using the shades which represent the mix of flavors and colors.
